InclYOUsion Sports: Empowering All Kids Through Adaptive Youth Programming
In this episode of Emerging Franchise Brands, Frank Fiume sits down with Greg and Kristen Perkins, co-founders of InclYOUsion Sports, a mobile youth sports franchise designed for kids who need a different kind of sports experience. It all started when their oldest son had an overwhelming experience at a local soccer class—one that left him in tears and Kristen Googling for something more inclusive. What she found was… nothing.
So, Greg and Kristen built it themselves.
With Greg’s background in behavior analysis and special education, and Kristen’s determination to give kids (and parents) a better option, they launched InclYOUsion Sports in 2021. Within weeks, families from over 20 cities showed up. The message was clear: this was needed.
InclYOUsion Sports focuses on kids ages 2–10 and offers non-competitive, play-based programming through partnerships with rec departments, schools, and daycares. Classes include inclusive teaching tools like whiteboards, structured routines, and social-emotional coaching. Coaches are trained not just in sports—but in how to support each child’s unique learning style.
After proving their model across Massachusetts and learning a few hard lessons along the way (including ditching brick-and-mortar), the Perkinses are now franchising. Their business is designed to be mobile, low-overhead, and high-impact—ideal for passionate owners who want to make a difference.
With franchise territories wide open and a clear, purpose-driven mission, InclYOUsion Sports is offering early adopters a chance to lead a movement in their own communities.
