Infinite Hitting: Turning Baseball Passion into a Scalable Franchise

Calendar Icon December 4, 2025

In this episode of Emerging Franchise Brands, host Frank Fiume and guest co-host Kyla Dufresne sit down with Randall Minogue and Bryan Dionisio, the powerhouse duo behind Infinite Hitting, a fast-growing franchise redefining the baseball training industry. Built on discipline, community, and a laser focus on hitting, Infinite Hitting is proving that when you run the right playbook, even a traditionally tough niche can become a winning franchise model.

Randall and Bryan first teamed up while working at another training facility—until their success became a threat, and a pay cut pushed them to bet on themselves. In 2020, they launched their first Infinite Hitting location across the street—and crushed it. From there, they expanded by acquiring underperforming mom-and-pop facilities and applying a consistent system of tight operations, high-quality instruction, and grassroots marketing.

Their model intentionally avoids massive overhead, with most locations between 3,000–5,500 sq ft, focused only on hitting lessons. No pitching. No fielding. Just excellence at the plate. And with an investment around $250K and territories mapped by youth population, franchisees get a well-defined, highly targeted opportunity to own a business that scales.

The duo now operates 17 open locations and has awarded 24, all without an FSO—using in-house sales, training, and support. Their franchisees range from former athletes to community-minded professionals, and success isn’t tied to baseball knowledge—it’s tied to discipline, hunger, and following the system.

If you’re passionate about building a youth sports business with clear structure, a proven path, and the heart of a coach, Infinite Hitting might just be your home run.
