Onus iV Therapy: Kristy Anderson and Chaz Fallhaber on Leading a Wellness Franchise
How Onus iV Therapy Is Building a Scalable Brand Around Wellness, Connection, and Community
In 2015, Kristy Anderson and her team launched Onus iV Therapy from a Sprinter van named “Large Marge,” serving athletes at endurance events across Colorado. What began as a grassroots concept to support hydration and recovery has since grown into a robust wellness brand with six corporate locations, a national franchise strategy, and a mission that goes far beyond hangover cures.
On this episode of Emerging Franchise Brands, Kristy and CMO Chaz Fallhaber discuss the evolution of Onus iV—from a startup in a still-unknown industry to a recognized name in proactive wellness. Their approach was never about chasing trends—it was about building something they could be proud of. With ER-trained staff, nature-inspired lounges, and an expanding suite of services including hormone therapy and peptides, Onus is redefining what a wellness visit can look like.
Their first franchise location opened in Fort Collins in 2025, and the couple is now partnered with Fransmart to bring their concept to markets across the country. As co-founders, Kristy and Chaz also share what it’s like to run a business and a household together—and why setting boundaries has been key to both their personal and professional success.
With wide-open territories and strong unit-level economics, Onus iV is primed for growth. But at its core, this brand remains deeply rooted in community, customer care, and a belief that wellness should be proactive, not reactive.
